In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring their stay is seamless and memorable. Whether assisting with check-ins, answering inquiries, or managing reservations, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere. No prior experience is required; we provide comprehensive training for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet all guests warmly upon arrival, assist with check-in and check-out procedures, and provide local recommendations.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage incoming calls, respond to emails, and handle reservations accurately using our property management system.
- Administrative Support: Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area, process payments, and manage guest inquiries efficiently.
- Security & Access: Monitor access logs and ensure the safety and security of the hotel premises and guests.
- Event Coordination: Assist in coordinating room setups for hotel events and ensuring guest satisfaction during functions.
- Problem Solving: Address guest complaints or issues promptly and escalate them to management when necessary to ensure a positive guest experience.
Qualifications
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; multilingual candidates are highly preferred.
- Personality: A friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor with a passion for customer service.
- Computer Literacy: Basic proficiency with computers, including MS Office Suite, and the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and pay close attention to details in documentation.
- Availability: Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by hotel operations.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
