Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently, processing payments and assigning rooms.
- Answer incoming calls, respond to emails, and manage the front desk inquiries with a professional tone.
- Assist guests with directions, local recommendations, and special requests.
- Handle front desk operations, including managing reservations and maintaining the lobby area.
- Resolve guest complaints or issues immediately to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure room readiness.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; previous hospitality experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn property management systems quickly.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- A valid driver's license is preferred.
