Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently, verifying guest information and collecting payments.
- Communication: Handle incoming phone calls and emails with courtesy, answering inquiries about hotel services, local attractions, and directions.
- Reservations: Assist with booking rooms and managing reservations using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Lobby Maintenance: Monitor the lobby area to ensure cleanliness and orderliness.
- Problem Solving: Address guest concerns promptly and escalate issues to management when necessary.
- Administrative Support: Perform light clerical duties, including filing, data entry, and maintaining guest records.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Previous front desk or customer service experience is a plus, but not mandatory for this entry-level role.
- Skills: Strong verbal communication skills and a professional phone manner.
- Computer Literacy: Basic knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office Suite (training provided).
- Appearance: Must maintain a professional appearance and grooming standards.
