Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Check guests in and out efficiently, verifying identity and collecting payments accurately.
- Answer incoming phone calls, manage the switchboard, and take accurate reservations.
- Address guest complaints or requests promptly and professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Provide local recommendations and directions to visitors and tourists.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- No prior hospitality experience required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Familiarity with basic computer applications and POS systems.
- Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
