Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
- Manage the front desk operations, including answering phones, responding to emails, and managing the reservation system.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with empathy and professionalism.
- Process payments accurately and maintain the daily cash drawer and financial reports.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby lounge.
- Assist in coordinating housekeeping and maintenance requests to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Provide local recommendations and directions to enhance the guest stay.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, front desk, or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- A high school diploma or GED is required.
