Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and rooming assignments.
- Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a memorable stay.
- Process payments and handle all guest inquiries with efficiency and professionalism.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding guest information and hotel policies.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness and guest satisfaction.
- Assist with reservations, phone calls, and mail services.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in hospitality is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a polished, professional demeanor.
- Proficiency with property management systems (PMS) such as Opera or Micros.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English (bilingual in Spanish is a plus).
