Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service through check-in/out procedures, room assignments, and personalized assistance
- Manage multi-line phone systems, reservations, and guest inquiries with professionalism
- Process payments, handle cash/credit transactions accurately using PMS software
- Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, and security operations as needed
- Maintain detailed guest records and ensure data confidentiality
- Resolve guest complaints promptly and escalate complex issues to management
- Collaborate with cross-department teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience required
- Proficiency with hotel management systems (Opera, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills (40+ WPM)
