Responsibilities
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures for 150+ daily guests with precision
- Handle reservation modifications, cancellations, and upselling of premium services
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with empathy and efficiency
- Process payments, manage cash floats, and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Utilize Opera property management system for real-time inventory control
- Uphold brand standards through 24/7 professional presence
Qualifications
- 2+ years of hotel front desk or high-end customer service experience
- Proficiency in Opera property management system and Microsoft Office
- Exceptional communication skills in English (Spanish fluency preferred)
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations with composure
- Valid Arizona driver's license and clean driving record
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Professional appearance and polished business etiquette
