Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Efficiently manage check-in/check-out procedures using Opera PMS system
- Coordinate room assignments and resolve billing discrepancies
- Act as local expert for Tulsa attractions and dining recommendations
- Maintain accurate guest records and reservation details
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Process payments and manage cash drawer operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel receptionist or customer service experience
- Proficiency in property management systems (Opera PMS preferred)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license (for va shuttle duties)
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of foreign languages (Spanish/French a plus)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
