Responsibilities
- Execute smooth and efficient guest check-ins and check-outs, verifying all necessary documentation and registration details.
- Manage incoming inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and urgency.
- Process financial transactions accurately, including cash, credit cards, and direct billing, while adhering to company security policies.
- Maintain the lobby area to the highest standards of cleanliness and organization at all times.
- Resolve guest complaints and issues promptly to ensure 100% guest satisfaction and retention.
- Assist with concierge requests, including restaurant reservations and local transportation arrangements.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs and room status updates.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in front desk operations, hospitality, or customer service is preferred but not required for top candidates.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a warm, welcoming demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Fidelio) is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be detail-oriented and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual (Spanish/Chinese) is highly desirable.
