Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest check-in/check-out experiences with personalized service
- Manage reservation systems, room assignments, and billing inquiries with precision
- Coordinate seamlessly with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure operational excellence
- Handle guest concerns promptly, resolving issues to exceed satisfaction standards
- Maintain accurate records of guest preferences and special requests
- Act as a local expert, recommending attractions and services to enhance guest stays
- Uphold brand standards through consistent visual presentation and communication protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or high-level customer service experience
- Proficiency with hotel management systems (Opera, Cloudbeds, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with fluency in English and Spanish preferred
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong problem-solving skills with a solutions-oriented mindset
- Professional appearance and polished demeanor
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
