Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service through check-in/out processes, room reservations, and concierge support
- Manage multi-line phone system and respond to inquiries with professionalism
- Process payments, manage cash handling, and maintain accurate guest records
- Coordinate housekeeping maintenance requests and troubleshoot guest concerns
- Utilize property management systems (Opera/PMS) efficiently
- Collaborate with security and management teams for incident management
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or high-end customer service experience
- Proficiency in property management systems (Opera/PMS preferred)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends/holidays
- Valid CA driver's license and reliable transportation
- Fluency in English; Spanish or Mandarin highly desirable
- Basic knowledge of San Francisco attractions and transportation
