Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in/check-out processes with efficiency and personalized service
- Handle reservation inquiries, modifications, and upselling opportunities
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and escalate complex issues to management
- Maintain accurate billing records and process payments
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and dining departments
- Utilize hotel management software (Opera) for daily operations
- Uphold brand standards through impeccable cleanliness and presentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency in property management systems (Opera preferred)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Valid Washington State Food Handler's Card
- Basic first aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Multilingual capabilities (Spanish/Chinese) strongly preferred
