Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service through check-in/out procedures and personalized assistance
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing inquiries with accuracy
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and dining teams to ensure seamless operations
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues with professionalism and empathy
- Maintain detailed records of guest preferences and special requests
- Process payments and manage cash drawer with strict adherence to protocols
- Execute upselling strategies for room upgrades and hotel amenities
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or high-volume customer service experience
- Proficiency in Opera PMS or similar property management systems
- Fluency in English and Spanish (required)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments with attention to detail
- Valid Texas driver's license and clean driving record
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of El Paso attractions and local services
