Responsibilities
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures with efficiency and accuracy
- Handle guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism
- Process reservations and room assignments using PMS systems
- Resolve guest complaints promptly and escalate issues as needed
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Maintain accurate guest records and financial transactions
- Uphold strict security and confidentiality protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency in reservation systems (e.g., Opera, Cloudbeds)
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Valid Oklahoma hospitality certification preferred
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
- Basic knowledge of local attractions and services
