Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year luxury hotel or high-volume hospitality reception experience
- Expertise in reservation systems (Opera, Fidelio) and payment processing
- Exceptional multitasking abilities with flawless attention to detail
- Professional communication skills with fluency in English (Spanish preferred)
- Strong problem-solving aptitude and conflict resolution techniques
- Valid Nevada gaming work permit (if applicable)
