Responsibilities
- Provide warm, efficient check-in/check-out services while maintaining accurate guest records
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and payment processing using hotel management systems
- Address guest inquiries with professionalism and resolve issues promptly
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security departments to ensure seamless operations
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures accurately
- Uphold brand standards for cleanliness, safety, and exceptional service
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- 1+ years of customer service or front desk experience
- Proficiency with hotel management software (Opera, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of New Orleans attractions and transportation
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
