Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments.
- Answer incoming calls and manage correspondence with professionalism.
- Process payments and handle guest inquiries regarding hotel amenities and local attractions.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and billing details.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
