Responsibilities
- Warmly greet, register, and check-in/check-out guests with precision and efficiency
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and guest requests via our PMS system
- Handle billing inquiries, process payments, and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate housekeeping and maintenance operations to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally
- Uphold brand standards through consistent service excellence
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby environment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality certification preferred
- 1+ years front desk or customer service experience in a hotel setting
- Proficiency in Opera PMS or similar hotel management software
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask effectively during high-volume periods
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of Memphis attractions and local services
