Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest check-in/check-out experiences with efficiency and warmth
- Manage reservation systems, room assignments, and guest inquiries via phone/email
- Process payments and maintain accurate billing records
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and dining teams for seamless operations
- Handle guest complaints with professionalism and resolve issues promptly
- Perform daily audits of front desk operations and financial transactions
- Assist with VIP guest services and special event coordination
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel reception or customer service experience
- Proficiency with property management systems (Opera, Fidelio, or similar)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Minnesota driver's license preferred
- Basic knowledge of Minneapolis attractions and transportation
