Responsibilities
- Manage efficient guest check-in/check-out processes using property management systems
- Handle reservation inquiries, modifications, and room assignments
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and escalate complex issues to management
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping, valet, and concierge teams
- Uphold brand standards through exceptional service delivery
- Assist with billing discrepancies and account reconciliations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel reception or customer service experience
- Proficiency with Opera, Fidelio, or similar PMS software
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Valid Tennessee driver's license preferred
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of Nashville attractions and transportation
