Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and check-in/check-out guests with professionalism and efficiency
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing inquiries
- Handle guest requests, complaints, and emergency situations calmly
- Operate hotel management systems (training provided)
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams
- Maintain accurate guest records and confidential information
- Process payments and manage cash drawer operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer literacy (typing skills a plus)
