Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and check-in/check out guests with professionalism and efficiency

- Process payments and manage cash transactions accurately
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Assist with special requests and concierge services
