Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage guest check-in/check-out procedures using our property management system
- Handle guest inquiries with professionalism and provide local recommendations
- Process reservations, payments, and maintain accurate guest records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction
- Operate multi-line phone systems and manage communications
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and escalate complex issues appropriately
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Qualifications
- No prior hotel or reception experience required – we train our team!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Proficient with basic computer applications (MS Office, email)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Professional appearance and positive customer service mindset
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
