Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival and departure, ensuring a high level of customer service.
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures, including verifying identification and processing payments.
- Answer incoming phone calls, respond to emails, and manage the front desk switchboard efficiently.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area, lobby, and common spaces.
- Provide local recommendations, directions, and information to guests to enhance their stay.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally.
- Perform light administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and inventory management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure during busy shifts.
- Basic computer literacy is a plus (training provided for all software).
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evening shifts as needed.
