Responsibilities
- Greet & Welcome: Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and departure, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Check-In/Out: Assist guests with the check-in and check-out process, including handling payments and answering inquiries.
- Communication: Manage incoming phone calls and emails with professionalism, directing messages to the appropriate departments.
- Guest Relations: Address guest needs, requests, and complaints promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain the cleanliness of the reception area, process paperwork, and handle basic data entry.
- Coordination: Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for new arrivals.
Qualifications
- No Experience Necessary: We are looking for eager learners with a great attitude; full training will be provided.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
