Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Welcome guests with a smile, assist with check-in and check-out processes, and answer any immediate questions about our amenities.
- Guest Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for guests, handling inquiries regarding local dining, directions, and services with a friendly demeanor.
- Communication: Manage incoming phone calls professionally, take accurate messages, and route calls to the appropriate department.
- Administrative Support: Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- System Proficiency: Utilize our Property Management System (PMS) to manage reservations, update guest information, and process payments efficiently.
- Problem Solving: Address guest concerns or complaints promptly and escalate them to management when necessary to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and sales teams to ensure seamless operations during your shifts.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, welcoming personality.
- Computer Skills: Basic computer literacy and typing skills are preferred; we provide training on our software.
- Flexibility: Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and able to stand for extended periods.
- No Experience Needed: We are looking for eager learners. Prior hospitality experience is not required, but a willingness to learn is essential.
