Responsibilities
- Welcoming guests with a warm smile and assisting with check-in and check-out processes.
- Managing the front desk phone system and answering guest inquiries promptly.
- Resolving guest complaints and issues with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Assisting with room service orders and coordinating with housekeeping staff.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front lobby and reception area.
- Processing payments and handling cash transactions accurately.
- Updating guest information and maintaining the hotel database.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer literacy (typing and navigating windows/macOS).
- Willingness to undergo training to learn hotel software and procedures.
- Reliable transportation and a professional appearance.
