Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently using our property management system.
- Greet all visitors and callers with a warm, professional demeanor.
- Answer questions regarding hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with empathy and efficiency.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Assist with mail services and coordinate with housekeeping for room readiness.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- No prior experience required – we will train you!
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
