Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring accurate data entry into our property management system.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls with a friendly and professional tone.
- Manage reservations, modify bookings, and handle guest inquiries regarding amenities and local attractions.
- Assist guests with luggage, directions, and any special requests to ensure a comfortable stay.
- Process payments and balance daily cash drawers and credit card transactions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby area at all times.
Qualifications

- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure in a busy environment.
