Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and assist all guests with check-in/out procedures
- Manage reservation systems and handle billing inquiries
- Answer multi-line phones and direct calls appropriately
- Resolve guest concerns with empathy and efficiency
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Uphold brand standards through exceptional service
Qualifications
- Must be 16+ years old with reliable transportation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, reservation systems)
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
