Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and check-in/check-out guests with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Manage reservation systems and handle phone inquiries efficiently
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Address guest concerns promptly and coordinate with housekeeping/security teams
- Operate property management software and office equipment
- Uphold brand standards through impeccable cleanliness and organization
- Assist with luggage and provide local area recommendations
Qualifications
