Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and check-in/check-out guests using hotel management systems
- Answer phone inquiries and manage reservations efficiently
- Assist guests with requests and provide local area recommendations
- Process payments and manage cash drawer with accuracy
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk environment
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years old
- High school student or recent graduate preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort with technology
- Reliable and punctual with excellent attendance
