Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest check-in/check-out services with warm hospitality
- Manage reservations and room assignments accurately
- Answer multi-line phone calls and direct inquiries efficiently
- Process payments and maintain daily transaction logs
- Assist with guest requests and local area recommendations
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Maintain clean and organized front desk area
Qualifications
- Must be 16+ years old (high school students welcome)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
