Responsibilities

- Manage reservations and room assignments using our hotel management system
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Maintain a clean, organized reception area
- Assist with valet and luggage services as needed
Qualifications
- Must be 16+ years old with legal work authorization
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn systems quickly
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer focus
- Reliable transportation to downtown Minneapolis
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
