Responsibilities
- Warmly greet guests, process check-ins/check-outs, and manage reservations
- Answer multi-line phones and direct inquiries efficiently
- Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems
- Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Maintain organized front desk appearance and supplies
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Upsell hotel amenities and services
Qualifications
- Must be 16+ years old (perfect for high school/college students)
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
