- Manage phone calls and reservations using our modern PMS system
- Assist with guest inquiries, local recommendations, and issue resolution
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial transaction records
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Uphold brand standards through cleanliness and professional appearance
Qualifications
- Must be 16-19 years old (perfect for high school students)
- Strong communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Basic computer proficiency (typing, email, MS Office)
