Responsibilities
- Provide warm, professional guest check-in/check-out services
- Manage reservations and room assignments efficiently
- Answer multi-line phones and direct inquiries appropriately
- Process payments and maintain accurate guest records
- Assist with luggage and guest requests
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Uphold brand standards for cleanliness and presentation
Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer proficiency (reservation systems)
- Positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation to/from downtown location
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
