- Manage reservations via our booking system with precision
- Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Maintain a pristine front desk area
- Contribute to a positive team atmosphere
Qualifications
- Must be 16+ years old with reliable transportation
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Basic computer proficiency
- Positive attitude and customer service mindset
- Ability to work evenings/weekends
- No prior experience required - we provide training!
