Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and assist all guests with check-in/check-out processes
- Handle phone inquiries and reservations with professionalism
- Manage guest requests and coordinate with housekeeping/maintenance teams
- Maintain accurate guest records and billing information
- Process payments and manage cash drawer operations
- Uphold cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and escalate when necessary
Qualifications
- Must be 16+ years old (perfect for high school students and recent graduates)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Basic computer proficiency (typing, email, reservation systems)
- Availability for weekend, evening, and holiday shifts
