Responsibilities
- Check in/out guests efficiently using hotel management software
- Manage reservations and answer guest inquiries via phone/in-person
- Process payments and maintain accurate billing records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Operate switchboard and handle multiple communication channels
- Uphold strict cleanliness and security standards
Qualifications
- Must be 16+ years old with valid work permit
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office)
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
