Responsibilities
- Check in/out guests efficiently with our property management system
- Manage reservations and handle guest inquiries via phone/in-person
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Process payments and manage cash drawer duties
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Assist with basic administrative tasks (filing, copying)
- Uphold brand standards and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Must be 16+ years old (parental consent required if under 18)
- High school student or recent graduate preferred
- Available evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer literacy and math skills
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Reliable transportation to work location
