Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome and check in/out guests using hotel management systems
- Manage reservations, answer phones, and assist with guest inquiries
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Handle guest complaints with professionalism and solution-oriented mindset
- Uphold brand standards through attentive service and attention to detail
- Assist with basic administrative tasks and report preparation
Qualifications
- Must be 16+ years old with valid work permit
