Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest check-in/check-out experiences with warm, personalized service
- Manage reservation systems, room assignments, and guest inquiries using Opera PMS
- Process payments, handle cash transactions, and reconcile daily reports
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and concierge teams for seamless operations
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and maintain high satisfaction scores
- Upsell hotel services, tours, and local attractions to enhance guest experience
- Maintain accurate records of guest preferences and special requests
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of luxury hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency in property management systems (Opera PMS preferred)
- Exceptional communication skills with fluency in English; French or Spanish is a plus
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a calm demeanor under pressure
- Deep knowledge of New Orleans attractions, culture, and transportation
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Louisiana driver's license with clean driving record
- Professional appearance and polished business etiquette
