Responsibilities
- <ul><li>Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience.</li><li>Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls with professionalism and efficiency using the PBX system.</li><li>Process payments, verify billing information, and handle cash and credit transactions accurately.</li><li>Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.</li><li>Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.</li><li>Assist with reservation management and coordinate with housekeeping to ensure room readiness.</li></ul>
Qualifications
- <ul><li>Previous experience in a luxury hotel or high-volume customer service role is preferred.</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on hospitality.</li><li>Proficiency in front desk software (e.g., Opera, Micros) or willingness to learn.</li><li>Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.</li><li>High school diploma or equivalent required.</li><li>Professional appearance and demeanor at all times.</li></ul>
