Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service across front desk, housekeeping, and food & beverage operations
- Manage check-in/check-out processes with efficiency and accuracy
- Prepare and maintain guest rooms to luxury standards
- Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions securely
- Resolve guest inquiries and escalate complex issues promptly
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during peak periods
- Adhere to safety protocols and sanitation standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months hospitality or customer service experience
- Availability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Basic math proficiency and cash handling skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid food handler certification (or willingness to obtain)
