Our night shift team plays a critical role in ensuring the safety, security, and comfort of our guests during the overnight hours. You will be the first point of contact for late arrivals and the final point of contact for guests departing in the early morning. Responsibilities
- Perform nightly front desk duties including check-ins, check-outs, and wake-up calls.
- Conduct night audits and reconcile daily financial transactions accurately.
- Monitor hotel security systems and ensure the safety of guests and property.
- Assist guests with inquiries regarding local attractions, dining, and transportation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently following established protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or front desk operations preferred.
- Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency with Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
