Responsibilities
- Oversee daily front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and concierge services.
- Manage and resolve guest inquiries and complaints efficiently to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Supervise front-of-house staff, ensuring adherence to grooming standards and service protocols.
- Conduct nightly audits, including security checks, key control, and financial reconciliation.
- Assist with training new hires and conducting shift briefings to align the team on daily goals.
- Maintain accurate records of room status and maintenance requests.
- Ensure compliance with all hotel policies, safety regulations, and local laws.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; hospitality or hotel management certification is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a hotel or hospitality setting.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency with property management systems (PMS) such as Opera or Micros.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.
