Responsibilities
- Maintain pristine guest rooms and public areas according to hotel standards
- Process check-ins/checkouts efficiently while managing guest requests
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Operate hotel systems (PMS, POS) with precision and professionalism

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous hotel/hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours with frequent bending/lifting
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Basic computer literacy (email, scheduling systems)
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends/holidays
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Valid NC driver's license (if required for errands)
