Responsibilities
- Perform guest check-in/check-out procedures with professionalism
- Manage room status and coordinate housekeeping services
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Operate hotel management systems (PMS) and POS terminals
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in public areas
- Assist with event setup and conference services
- Process payments and manage cash drawer operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Valid New Mexico ID or driver's license
- Basic computer literacy and POS experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Previous hospitality experience a plus
